George has 20 years of experience advising sponsors, investors and public-sector clients on project financing, M&A, bankability and capital raising across Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.
Before joining Portland, George held senior roles at EY and Deloitte and served as a strategic investment advisor at the Port of Rotterdam Authority. His experience spans transport and port infrastructure, renewable and clean energy, integrated industrial projects and battery materials, with a particular focus on complex financings and investment transactions.
George holds an MSc in Finance and Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam.
