Zoran Manović

Zoran has over 20 years of international project finance experience across advisory, banking and senior sponsor roles. His experience spans infrastructure, energy, natural resources and process industries, advising developers, investors and lenders on financial structuring, debt raising and transaction execution.

Zoran began his career in financial advisory before joining ING in London, where he worked on project finance and structured financings across EMEA. He subsequently held senior finance roles with BAM PPP in Brussels and ACWA Holding in Riyadh, providing experience from both the lender and sponsor perspectives.

An independent project finance advisor since 2017, Zoran joined Portland Advisers in 2021. Based in Amsterdam, he has extensive relationships across the international banking, investment, ECA and development finance communities.

Zoran holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam
