Paul Mandeville

Paul has over 20 years’ experience in project finance advisory and lending roles covering a wide range of oil & gas and mining assignments in both developing and developed markets. He has worked with most of the major ECAs and DFIs, particularly Euler-Hermes, SACE, KEXIM, KSURE, UKEF, CESCE, JBIC, NEXI, China Development Bank and China EXIM.

Paul has deep experience in the oil and gas sector, including multi-billion USD financings for gas processing, LNG and LNG shipping, petrochemical and upstream production projects. He also has experience in mining sector transactions in Africa.

Prior to Portland, Paul worked for WestLB, Mizuho and ING in London, New York and Houston. He has a BA and MA from the University of Leeds in International Relations and International Political Economy.
