Zoran Manović brings over 20 years of global experience in project finance, spanning advisory roles, banking, and leadership positions with top-tier project sponsors. Based in Amsterdam, he has a deep understanding of financial structuring and risk management in international markets.

Zoran began his career as an advisor, specialising in financial modelling and analysis for transportation and social infrastructure PPPs across Europe. During his time at ING London, he played a key role in numerous project and structured acquisition financings, as well as whole business securitizations across EMEA. Transitioning to the equity side, he took on senior finance management roles at BAM PPP in Brussels and ACWA Holding in Riyadh, gaining hands-on experience with major infrastructure and energy projects.

In 2017, Zoran became an independent project finance advisor, and in 2021, he joined Portland Advisers. His expertise has been pivotal in closing several high-profile project finance transactions in the Benelux. Zoran also advises clients on complex energy transition initiatives, guiding them from development capital stages to project financing and M&A. His work includes supporting developers with innovative process plant concepts in the circular economy and helping to scale platforms focused on electrification, renewable energy generation, storage, and efficiency.

Zoran holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
