The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) held its Offshore Europe Conference & Exhibition at the start of September. Portland’s Ian Cogswell contributed to the content of a presentation made by the Financing Net Zero group, addressing the technology risk for financial investments in the energy transition.
